PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the offices of Dempsey Law Firm, 210 North Main Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, a quorum of the Town Board and/or Town Plan Commission may be present for the purpose of participating in the mediation of Outagamie County Case No. 22-CV-538. If a quorum of either body is present at the mediation, that body will move into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The purpose of the closed session will be to formulate and discuss mediation strategy and interests related to the above-mentioned case.
