PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Hortonia Town Office, 215 W. Main Street, Hortonville, the Town of Hortonia Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the request of Outagamie County for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approval for the construction of a highway storage garage and related facilities at the property located at the intersection of County Highway JJ and Givens Road with Tax Parcel Number 120040701. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Following the public hearing, the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board on the Conditional Use Permit and will take action on the Site Plan.

Please Take Further Notice: that the Planning Commission MAY choose to convene in closed session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with the legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation to in which the Town is likely to become involved.
