NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

October 28, 2025

Town of Hortonia Administrative Office

215 W. Main Street, Hortonville

To Immediately Follow Plan Commission Meeting Scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

1. Call meeting to order. Roll call. Confirm meeting notice.

2. Action to call special meeting of town electors pursuant to Wis. Stat. 60.12 regarding authorization of town board to purchase land and, if necessary, set the date for the budget hearing and elector action on the tax levy.

3. The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Board will discuss pending litigation. (Roll Call Vote Required).

4. Adjourn.
