Notice of Special Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Office, 215 W. Main Street, Hortonville, the Town Board of the Town of Hortonia intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Town Board will discuss pending litigation that the Town is involved in. A quorum of the Town’s Plan Commission may be in attendance at the meeting as well but will take no action.
