NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held regarding the Proposed Zoning change and Conditional Use Permit of parcel #120059001,a 14.31-acre parcel located at N2807 State Hwy 15 in the Town of Hortonia - belonging to Rick Richeson (further details may be obtained from CLERK) Plan Commission Meeting and Potential Special Town Board meeting if necessary will be held immediately following. Meeting located at the Town Hall - W9702 Givens Rd in said Town on April 20th,2022 @ 12:30pm.
