Notice of Public Hearing-Rezone/Planning Meeting And Town Board Meeting, Dec 23rd, 2025 5 pm

PUBLIC HEARING-PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 5pm. on Tuesday Dec 23rd, 2025 at the Town of Hortonia Town Admin Office 215 W Main St, Hortonville. Town Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an application for rezoning submitted by Tom and Holly Boettcher. The applicant seeks to rezone parts of 3 parcels 12058001/12058003/12058004 from R-1 to R-E and from R-1 to A-2. The hearing is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN- that the Planning Commission and Town Board may choose to take action on these rezones and address the respective CSM associated with these parcels at the meetings immediately following the Public hearing.

PLANNING COMMISSION MTG-NOTICE IS GIVEN: that a Planning Commission Meeting will be held for the purpose of consideration and review of the items listed on the agenda. The meeting will be held immediately following the Public Hearing. Zoning Administrator Paul Hanlon may be present to answer questions and provide information as needed, as well as Town Attorney Matt Parmentier. A quorum of Town Board Supervisors and/or members of the Board of Appeals may be present during the meeting. If a meeting is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, a notice of cancellation will be left on the Town Hall's website: www.townofhortonia.org -when possible, a sign will be placed on the door of the Town Hall.

TOWN BOARD MTG-NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Town Board of Supervisors meeting of the Town of Hortonia in the County of Outagamie, State of Wisconsin, for consideration of the proposed CSM and Rezone, will be held following the Planning Commission Meeting. A quorum of Plan Commissioners and/or members of the Board of Appeals may be present in the gallery during the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE-The Planning Commission/Town Board MAY hold a closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with the legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is likely to become involved.
