Notice of Joint Public Hearing-CUP and Town Board Meeting, Dec 17th, 2024 10:30 am-Holiday Lunch to follow meeting

N OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to be held regarding a Conditional Use

Permit for the installation of solar panels on the property located at W8724 Pheasant Run,

Hortonville, WI 54944. Public is invited to attend or submit comment to the Clerk at

clerk@townofhortonia.org

Further Notice is given that Town Board of Supervisors meeting of the Town of Hortonia in the County of Outagamie, State of Wisconsin, for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting.

The meetings will be held at the Town Hall - W9702 Givens Rd in said Town on Dec 17th, 2024 10:30 am for the purpose of a monthly Town Board meeting. A quorum of Plan Commissioners and/or members of the Board of Appeals may be present in the gallery during the meeting. If a meeting is cancelled due to weather or other circumstance, a notice of cancellation will be left on the Town WEBSITE

Please take additional notice that-The Town Board MAY hold a closed Session Pursuant to

Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with the legal counsel who is rendering oral

or written advice to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is likely to become involved.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board intends to take final action on the rezoning at its regular business meeting, which will immediately follow the public hearing.
