Notice of Public Hearing-Rezone August 20, 2024 10:30 am

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday August 20, 2024, at the Town of Hortonia Town Hall, W9702 Givens Road, the Town of Hortonia Town Board will conduct a public hearing on the application of Walter Brzoska for a rezoning of the property known as Tax Parcel No. 120004300, a 17.84-acre parcel located north of R and D Road and west of CTH M. The property is currently zoned Rural Estate. The application seeks to rezone the property to A-2 Agricultural. The hearing is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Following the public hearing, the Town Board will take final action on the proposed rezoning
