PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Friday, March 8, 2024 immediately following the special meeting of the Town Electors, which is being held at 10:00 a.m., the Town of Hortonia Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Board will discuss potential ordinance enforcement matters.
