Special Planning Commission Mtg Sept 15th, 2025-5pm- Town Admin Office

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 5 p.m. on September 15, 2025 at Town Admin Office 215 W Main St Hortonville, the Town of Hortonia Plan Commission will be conducting a special meeting to discuss potential amendments to the standards applicable to accessory buildings within the Town’s residential zoning districts. These standards include, but are not necessarily limited to, limitations on square footage and location of accessory buildings. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

2) Building Inspector will provide background and input to PC members

3)Open discussion of possible recommendations to make to the Town Board to be proposed at the Public Hearing on the 29th of September.

-These recommendations will be forwarded to Atty Parmenter by the Building Inspector.
